Xiaomi today announced that the company is hosting Mi Week on Amazon.in starting 16th February to 19th February, where customers can buy Mi 4, Mi 4i, Redmi Note Prime on discounted prices. The 2014 flagship device –Mi 4will be available at 12,999 whileMi 4iwill be available for Rs 9,999 during the week.
Moreover, the price ofRedmi Note Primehas been slashed to Rs 7,999, down from the original launch price of Rs 8,499. The smartphone will be exclusively available onAmazon.inandMi.com.
Talking about the Redmi Note Prime, the smartphone went on sale in December 2015 and is Xiaomi’s second ‘Made In India’ smartphone. Xiaomi said that the lower manufacturing cost has enabled the tech giant to reduce the price of Redmi Note Prime, which is produced in Foxconn’s Sri City plant in Andhra Pradesh.
The smartphone is an enhanced version of Redmi Note 4G and features 2GB RAM, 16GB storage that can be expanded by up to 32GB via microSD card and is equipped with dual SIM 4G capabilities.
